REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy

All concerns and claims are to be made within 48 hours of the item being picked up or delivered.

A full refund will be given if no work has been done by Winzer Cleaners on the garment.

No refund will be given if we have started processing the garment.

Winzer Cleaners will complimentarily re-clean, any garment that is not satisfactory to our client.*

*Provided the initial charge has been paid. Winzer Cleaners reserves the right to politely decline a re-clean on a garment that may become damaged by further cleaning.
